We ship daily with UPS. DHL Fedex or Postal Mail depends on diffrent products. Expect Fast FREE Shipping. We ship daily Monday thru Friday and ALL Items are In-stock. Orders will be shiped with in two days. You will receive a tracking number within48 hours of your purchase to the email you provide to provide you with the exact day of your delivery.

Payments
We Accept all Major Credit Cards as well as PayPal payments. You may also pay by check or wire transfer.

If you attempt to pay online with your credit card and receive a message "Transaction cannot be processed", then you need to simply call your credit card company and tell them that the charge is coming through. They will then clear it in their system and you will be able to complete your payment. Credit Card companies do this for your protection.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are confident you will be extremely happy with your purchase. We are proud of our extremely low return rates. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with our high quality products, we will work with you to do whatever we can do to satisfy your needs. If you are still not 100% Satisfied, simply return the equipment to us within 30 days upon receipt for a store credit or a money back refund less shipping and a twenty percent restocking fee. The restocking fee may be waived if product is defective or equipment is not as described. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Restrictions apply to Geovision DVR Cards and Computer Based Products.
Returning Merchandise
You must call us before returning so we may issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. If original packaging is damaged or missing there will be a minimum additional 10% fee applied since we will have to sell the item as used. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 Days.
There are no returns on Geovision DVR Cards and Computer Based Products unless the card or computer product is determined to be defective. On all DVR Card Products, you have exactly 15 days from the time that you sign for the shipped items to return the DVR product if you deem it to be unsatisfactory. In that case, we will exchange the defective card for a new card. Damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized by Geovision will not be accepted from the above term.
Return for Credit: Receive a 100% in-store credit of the total sale price including shipping which can be used towards the purchase of any items we offer.
Replacement: We offer replacement of any defective or non operational item purchased. We will email you a shipping label to return the item. When we receive the item we will UPS a new item back to you. Please make sure you follow the packaging guidelines below.
Upgrades: If you find the item purchased is not the right item for the job. You can return it for a 100% in-store credit which you can use towards the purchase of other products we offer. In the event that a product is out of stock we will offer you a FREE UPGRADE.
2 Year Limited Warranty:
Our two year limited warranty covers the purchaser for any product malfunctions and defects in material or workmanship that affects the performance of the product.
Our two year warranty runs from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, and Accessories for the first year. In the second year, we will attempt to fix or repair at no charge. In the event that a replacement is needed within the second year, fifty percent of the cost of the product is deducted from the sale price. Damage due to shipping is covered by our warranty. No warranties will be in effect beyond the warranty term.
This warranty does not cover product damages caused directly or indirectly by improper installation, lightning strikes, power surges, vandalism, product modifications, and abuse or misuse, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. We are not responsible for any lost time, profits or business, personal injury, property damage or similar loss, or any punitive, consequential or other direct, indirect or incidental damages.
